Format Regulations:
In order for the event to be held in an efficient manner, and for your papers to be managed in the most accurate way possible, we ask of you to keep to the following format points:
All papers must be submitted in DOC (Microsoft Word Document) or ODT (OpenOffice Document) digital format.
The abstract must be edited as follows:
- Font: Times New Roman
- Title: all caps, size: 14pt.
- Text size: 12pt.
- Simple line spacing
- Maximum number of words: 1000.
The full paper must be edited according to the IEEE standards, for which templates are available below.
In particular, the Fullpaper must be edited according to the following criteria:
- Double column.
- Title: font: Helvetica or Arial; size: 16pt; style: bold.
- Author(s) name(s): font: Helvetica or Arial; size:12pt; style: bold.
- Affiliations: font: Times New Roman; size: 10pt.
- Abstract: font: Times New Roman; size: 10pt; style: Italic.
- Paper body: font: Times New Roman; size: 10pt.
- Section headings: font: Helvetica or Arial; size: 10pt; style: bold; caps with left indentation.
- Maximum number of pages: 10.

Only authors chosen by the
Scientific Committee will be given the possibility to present their work throughout the convention.
The talk will be placed in one of the afternoon sessions related to the topic of the paper:
- Network Security
- Server Security: Virtualization Network
- Security: OS Security
- VoIP Security
- Mobile Security
The talk is allocated 20 minutes of time, including questions, if any. Audio and visual support will be available.
Authors who present their work in the convention will be able to take advantage of the accomodations provided by the group in one of our affiliated hotels.
We remind participants that, limited to the "Student" category, are 5 travel-expense reimuorsement.
